Our team is widely recognized as one of the premiere boutique estate planning firms in Minnesota. We recently opened an office in Jackson, Wyoming to better serve our clients.  We have experience providing advice regarding trust and estate planning and administration, as well as fiduciary duties. We also have advised and counseled clients in contested situations, such as fiduciary litigation, marital agreements and family disputes.

We work with clients on a national scale, with attorneys admitted in Florida, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Wisconsin and Wyoming. We represent clients in a number of other states on Federal planning and substantive  issues, often where there is some past connection or prior residence in a state where one of our attorneys is licensed. When appropriate, we supplement our capabilities with other lawyers and out-of-state co-counsel with whom we have established relationships.
